تنظّم هذه الشروط الخدمة التي تقدمها ( ) عبر هذا الموقع. بإتمامك الطلب فإنك توافق عليها.

1. الخدمة

نُعدّ دراسة جدوى مبدئية بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي، بالاستناد إلى الوصف الذي تكتبه ومصادر منشورة. تُرسل الدراسة بصيغة PDF إلى بريدك الإلكتروني، وعادةً خلال 30 دقيقة من نجاح الدفع. قد يحدث تأخير، وإذا لم تصلك الدراسة خلال 24 ساعة يُعاد إليك المبلغ كاملًا وفق سياسة الاسترداد.

2. السعر والدفع

سعر الدراسة 50 ريالًا، تُدفع مقدمًا عبر بوابة ميسر. يسري على كل طلب السعر المعروض وقت الدفع.

3. طبيعة الدراسة

• الدراسة مبدئية ولأغراض المعلومات فقط.
• ليست استشارة استثمارية أو مالية أو قانونية أو ضريبية.
• ليست دراسة معتمدة لتقديمها إلى البنوك أو برامج التمويل أو الجهات الحكومية.
• الأرقام تقديرات مبنية على افتراضات ومصادر عامة، وقد تختلف عن الواقع.
• تتحمل مسؤولية التحقق من المعلومات والرسوم والتراخيص مع الجهات المختصة قبل اتخاذ أي قرار.

4. التعديلات

يحق لك طلب حتى 3 تعديلات بالرد على رسالة التسليم خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم. يجب أن تتعلق التعديلات بالفكرة نفسها، والفكرة المختلفة جوهريًا تحتاج إلى طلب جديد. الطلبات غير الواضحة أو الخارجة عن نطاق الدراسة لا تُحتسب من التعديلات الثلاثة.

5. الأفكار المقبولة

يحق لنا الاعتذار عن دراسة أي فكرة مخالفة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، أو ضارة، أو لا تمثل فكرة مشروع، ونعيد المبلغ كاملًا في هذه الحالة. لا ترسل معلومات سرية تخص غيرك دون إذن صاحبها.

6. حقوقك في الفكرة والدراسة

تبقى جميع حقوق فكرتك لك. يحق لك استخدام الدراسة لأغراضك الشخصية والتجارية، ولا يحق لك إعادة بيعها بوصفها خدمة.

7. حدود المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابله، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية القرارات التي تتخذها بناءً على الدراسة.

8. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويسري على كل طلب الإصدار النافذ وقت إتمامه.

9. النظام المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة بالنظر في أي نزاع.

These terms govern the service provided by ( ) through this website. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. The service

We prepare a preliminary feasibility study with the help of AI, based on the description you submit and published sources. The study is sent as a PDF to your email, usually within 30 minutes of successful payment. Delays can happen. If the study does not arrive within 24 hours, you get a full refund under the Refund Policy.

2. Price and payment

Each study costs SAR 50, paid in advance through the Moyasar payment gateway. The price shown at checkout applies to that order.

3. Nature of the study

• The study is preliminary and for information only.
• It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
• It is not an accredited study for banks, financing programmes or government entities.
• Figures are estimates based on assumptions and public sources, and may differ from reality.
• You are responsible for confirming information, fees and licences with the relevant authorities before any decision.

4. Edits

You may request up to 3 edits by replying to the delivery email within 14 days of delivery. Edits must concern the same idea. A substantially different idea needs a new order. Unclear or out-of-scope requests do not count toward your 3 edits.

5. Acceptable ideas

We may decline any idea that is illegal in Saudi Arabia, harmful, or not a business idea, and refund you in full. Do not submit someone else’s confidential information without their permission.

6. Your idea and the study

You keep all rights to your idea. You may use the study for your own personal and business purposes. You may not resell it as a service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the study.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute.
