سياسة الخصوصية

توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع ( ) بياناتك الشخصية وتستخدمها، بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني.
• وصف فكرتك، والرسائل التي ترسلها إلينا بما فيها طلبات التعديل.
• بيانات الطلب: رقمه وتاريخه وحالته.
• حالة الدفع ورقمه المرجعي من ميسر. لا نستلم بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزنها، فميسر هي من تعالج الدفع.

2. لماذا نستخدمها

لإعداد دراستك وتسليمها، ومعالجة التعديلات، والرد على استفساراتك، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات المحاسبية والنظامية. لا نستخدم فكرتك لأي غرض آخر، ولا نبيع بياناتك.

3. مزودو الخدمة

نشارك بياناتك بالقدر اللازم فقط مع:

• ميسر: معالجة الدفع.
• Anthropic: تحليل فكرتك بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
• n8n: تشغيل خطوات إعداد الدراسة آليًا.
• Resend: إرسال الرسائل واستقبال طلبات التعديل.
• Google: حفظ سجلات الطلبات والملفات.

يعالج بعض هؤلاء المزودين البيانات خارج المملكة، ونستخدمهم فقط لتقديم الخدمة.

4. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بفكرتك ودراستك وبيانات طلبك لمدة 12 شهرًا من التسليم ثم نحذفها، باستثناء السجلات التي يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها مثل الفواتير.

5. حقوقك

يحق لك معرفة كيفية استخدام بياناتك، والاطلاع عليها، والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وطلب حذفها. راسلنا على ونرد خلال 30 يومًا. ويحق لك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

6. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو للتتبع، ويحفظ في متصفحك اختيارك للغة فقط. يقدّم ميسر نموذج الدفع وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.

7. حماية البيانات

نطبق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الاستخدام غير المصرح به.

This policy explains how ( ) collects and uses your personal data, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Data we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your idea description, and messages you send us, including edit requests.
• Order details: number, date and status.
• Payment status and reference from Moyasar. We do not receive or store your card details. Moyasar processes the payment.

2. Why we use it

To prepare and deliver your study, process edits, answer your questions, and keep accounting and legal records. We do not use your idea for any other purpose, and we do not sell your data.

3. Service providers

We share data only as far as needed with:

• Moyasar: payment processing.
• Anthropic: AI analysis of your idea.
• n8n: running the study workflow automatically.
• Resend: sending emails and receiving edit requests.
• Google: storing order records and files.

Some of these providers process data outside Saudi Arabia. We use them only to deliver the service.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your idea, study and order data for 12 months after delivery, then delete it, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

5. Your rights

You have the right to know how your data is used, to access it, get a copy, correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email us at and we will respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

6. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your language choice in your browser. The payment form is provided by Moyasar under its own privacy policy.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access or use.
