سياسة الاسترداد

تنطبق هذه السياسة على الطلبات المدفوعة لدى ( ).

1. متى يُعاد المبلغ كاملًا

• إذا لم تصلك الدراسة خلال 24 ساعة من نجاح الدفع.
• إذا اعتذرنا عن دراسة فكرتك لأنها مخالفة للأنظمة أو ضارة أو لا تمثل فكرة مشروع.
• إذا خُصم المبلغ مرتين، أو خُصم دون إنشاء طلب.

2. بعد التسليم

لأن الدراسة خدمة رقمية تُسلَّم كاملة، لا يُسترد المبلغ بعد التسليم. بدلًا من ذلك، يحق لك طلب حتى 3 تعديلات خلال 14 يومًا. وإذا احتوت الدراسة على خطأ جوهري لا تعالجه التعديلات، راسلنا وندرس حالتك.

3. كيف تطلب الاسترداد

راسلنا على مع رقم الطلب ورقم عملية الدفع، ونرد خلال يومي عمل.

4. مدة وصول المبلغ

يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. بعد إصدار الاسترداد، يصل عادةً إلى بطاقات مدى خلال 24 ساعة إلى 3 أيام عمل، وإلى البطاقات الائتمانية خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل، دون احتساب عطلة نهاية الأسبوع.

This policy applies to paid orders with ( ).

1. When you get a full refund

• Your study does not arrive within 24 hours of successful payment.
• We decline your idea because it is illegal, harmful, or not a business idea.
• You were charged twice, or charged without an order being created.

2. After delivery

Because the study is a digital service delivered in full, payment is not refundable after delivery. Instead, you can request up to 3 edits within 14 days. If the study contains a serious error that edits cannot fix, email us and we will review your case.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at with your order number and payment reference. We reply within 2 business days.

4. When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once issued, they usually reach mada cards within 24 hours to 3 business days, and credit cards within 7 to 14 business days, excluding weekends.
